Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2, 2026

These terms govern use of the public website at https://rustdeskmetal.com, operated by RustDesk Metal Restoration (“RustDesk Metal,” “we,” “us”). By using the site, you agree to these terms.

The website is informational

This site describes metal restoration and surface-care services and how to contact the business. Content is general information, not a bid, contract, warranty, engineering opinion, or guarantee that a particular piece can be restored.

Photographs are illustrative of the kinds of metalwork discussed. They are not presented as documented before-and-after examples of RustDesk Metal projects.

No online accounts or commerce

The site does not provide user accounts, online ordering, payment processing, or a customer portal. Nothing on the site completes a sale.

Enquiries are not automatic engagements

Calling, emailing, or submitting the project enquiry form on the contact page is a request for a conversation about a project, including a request that the project be reviewed for an estimate.

Submitting the form sends an enquiry to RustDesk Metal. It does not create a contract, schedule work, guarantee an estimate, guarantee that a project will be accepted, or establish a price. No estimate is generated automatically through this website. Restoration suitability depends on material, condition, size, location, access, and scope. Some items cannot be restored.

If restoration work proceeds, applicable project terms would be communicated separately. They are not created merely by using this website or submitting the contact form.

The contact form submits by HTTPS POST to a server endpoint on this website. JavaScript is not required to send it. Direct phone and email remain available.

Service area and the Houston address

Projects are considered throughout Texas. Houston is the business base. The site does not represent that RustDesk Metal maintains offices in other Texas cities. Availability, travel, and project scope may vary by location.

The address 1500 Common St, Houston, TX 77009 is a business base. It is not described as a showroom, workshop, warehouse, storefront, or customer drop-off facility.

Accuracy and limitations

We try to keep service descriptions on this website accurate. Outdoor metalwork varies. Climate, prior coatings, and hidden corrosion can change what is possible.

The general information on this website does not promise a particular restoration result, project price, turnaround time, or that restoration will cost less than replacement. Actual project-specific commitments, if any, are separate from these website Terms.

Railing and similar work is described on this site as surface restoration. These pages do not provide structural engineering, code-compliance certification, or load ratings.

Intellectual property

Site text, layout, and original graphics are provided for browsing and legitimate project enquiry. You may not copy the site as a template for another business or scrape it for competing commercial use without permission.

Third-party links

Links to maps or other external sites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, RustDesk Metal Restoration is not liable for damages arising solely from use of this informational website, including reliance on general service descriptions without a project-specific review. These limitations apply to website use. They are not terms for physical restoration work. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, the limitation applies to the fullest extent allowed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules. Venue for disputes relating to the website is in the state or federal courts serving Harris County, Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms when the website or business practices change. The date at the top of this page is the latest revision.
